  First let me say, I hardly ever leave a review but I do certainly feel like Merchant Plumbing deserves my 5 star review. I have used these guys 3 or 4 times (these cast iron pipes can be pesky) and they have always been professional and have ALWAYS been on time! I called them because I heard water spraying all under my house. They told me what time they would be at my house and they were right on time and furthermore they called me 30 minutes before they were to arrive like promised. They were very respectful, friendly and done amazing work and were VERY knowledgeable. you could tell these guys have been doing this their whole life. Also, the price was great and would have been a LOT more if I had used someone else. I would absolutely hire these guys again and would most definitely recommend.

  I had a gas leak outside bathroom. Atmos Energy came on Saturday November 30 and cut off gas line to bathroom heater and clamped off gas line just below surface outside and told me to call plumber. I called Merchants and left my name number and reason for them to call me but they never called. I called them on December 1, 2019 after gas was cut off on Saturday November 30, 2019. Maybe the lady who answered my call failed to relay the message I gave her.

  Leaving clients hanging on active jobs is not the way to do business. If you can’t respond to a job, tell the customer-Don’t leave me hanging for 3 days telling me you’ll be there everyday and never show up. They’re stretched out too thin. Too many jobs, not enough people. MERCHANTS: Customers can call other plumbers if you just admit you can’t finish or can’t show up.
