Despite being short staffed, Troy in the lumber area, and Drew who helped us load, worked tirelessly for hours to get our list of construction materials on our trailer.   Ordered a La Crosse Atomic Clock with Weather as shown on Menard’s website, two weeks later I received a La Crosse Atomic Clock with Moon Phase (wrong item). I immediately emailed the store explaining I wanted a full refund plus shipping because they sent me the wrong item. It’s been a few days now and I still have not received a response. Update: Received an email response 2 days later. They accepted my return for a full refund.

  Do not count on the rebate discount for paint. More than $28. was not honored. Completely disappointed. I will buy paint elsewhere.
