Recently purchased drywall and had it delivered.  Almost every sheet was damaged.  Can’t confirm if it was done at the store or with the driver that dropped it off.  Menards resolution after 3 phone calls was a $69 refund.  I understand that things happen and we all make mistakes but was very disappointed with the resolution.

I did buy online in the Appleton store and when i tried to pick up they said It was the wrong store. They said it was the grand chute store. They have done this twice to me already. So far the experience that I have with this people is horrible they make you waste  so much time and they don’t care. And the ladies in  customer service they aren’t willing to help either. She said is just by Walmart yes 30 minutes away more time and Gas wasted.

This is my go to box store for wood working materials and much more. Love this place. Kind of odd that EVERYTHING is 11% off plus sale prices. Wonder if they bumped up price a bit. Either way close to me for easy supply run

Horrible customer service. Good selection of products but everything is rebates which is a draw back. Maybe friendlier managers and front desk people would make the store better unfortunately not the case for this location. Very disrespectful and snippy when asking a question

Dont expect Menards to refund unopened xs project materials. Bought some stone to veneer stepsister's fireplace wall. One box over to return unopened. Went w wife n in with it to return. I got sent to the back while she stayed at the return desk. It's sorta heavy n fragile.The guy in that department said returns are up front. We already went there so l hauled it back out. Then Menards went on a no return policy. Saw them taking returns the other day so l brought it in. Box wasn't very healthy but l got it there. Chix scans it n rips the box open to make sure it's still full l guess n asks about the receipt. Musta misplaced it from the premask time before. Asks about which credit card. Calls someone n sez special order (tho it was picked right off the wall) and 25% restocking fee if l have 'the' card so l call the Mrs at the dr. Gave her the heads up then the chix walks off while l try to hand her the fone. I stay on the line n the chix comes back but asks to wait on others. I'm standing in the same place w the box on a cart. I couldn't get a word in. Mrs said to forget about those clowns (Menards). I agree. If you ever have a project you had better measure to the tee if you go to Menards. They expect you to run back n forth for every little thing. Other places refund the excess as a part of regular projects, don't expect Menards to. I need water filter elements, Lowes or Home Depot should have them.

They have a bin after the toys with a huge thing of ear buds and cell phone accessories for $3 right now! Android and IOS, even a little foam Bluetooth speaker.

Menards has a replacement water filter for my 2016 Kenmore refrigerator!!!  I had checked Kenmore. com online but it said the filter was not available!!!

Paid an extra 86 dollars for delivery of a shower. Ordered online received email confirmation.  Order was paid, processed and ready to deliver. Waited 10 days then contacted customer service.  They told me to
call Appleton West store. Called and spoke with Julie M. She was very rude and told me She sent an email and called on August 24. NO not true. She then this is my fault it took so long and she did not like my tone of voice. Really Who is the customer who has been waiting over
12 days now After paying for delivery .

Charged me $90.00 to return lineolum flooring. Had to ask repeatedly for help on getting large products like plywood. Associate gave me the wrong type of plywood that I requested. Spent all day yesterday here just to come back today to return all products. I'm remodeling my whole house and you just lost my business.

I was treated well by a bearded young man in the home improvement area today. He helped relay a lock. Thank you
