I love Menards & all their deals. They do have a lot of variety. All the lighting stuff, flooring, pains, building supplies, & foods. This Menards is my favorite since birds sneak in & it’s nice to hear them chirping away.

I have had two people who are very close to me work here. The management is terrible and don’t care for their employees. It’s a very unprofessional work environment. If you’re looking for a job, this is the last place you should go. (Just wait until you hear of their point system too. Terrible system.)
If I could, I’d give this a 0, but because I can’t, you get a 1. Congrats Menards! That’s the highest rating you’ll ever receive from me, but only by default.

We ordered a Jensen medicine chest with lights online. It was poor quality and the electric for the lights wouldn’t  work with our existing wiring. We returned the cabinet and much to our surprise found there was a 25% restocking fee. We were charged nearly $50! Yes, this was our oversight but 25%???!!! Needless to say we will think twice before ordering anything online from Menards again. So… Buyer beware.

My wife rented a Rug Doctor from Craig at this location. When getting the unit to where it was to be used it would not work. Upon returning the unit, it worked in store. Craig told her "she must be stupid". This is highly unprofessional for someone in a customer facing position, regardless of the situation at hand. Very displeased, as the business this was rented for spends thousands monthly at this location.

Had alot of trouble getting help with flooring. Either not trained well or seasonal help. After waiting for a half hour for our flooring person to return we left and bought flooring, fridge and area rug at Home Depot.

Got all I needed and help from worker to push cart. I am in a wheelchair and a employee pushed a cart for me and got items that were out of reach. Then another employee loaded all the items into my vehical. You cannot best service like that I was extremely greatfull to both empoyees.

I have spent tens of thousands in this store and until recent couple years loved it. Little or no stock of my usual needed items. To return or replace product takes an act of God. I estimated a roofing job. Was told I was wrong on amount of supplies needed. So they doubled my order and delivered. Turns out I was right. Took months and dozens of calls to get them to pick up the extra supplies. Even wanted me to pay for it. I did not! Then several more months of arguing over refund. Did I have my receipt? What card did I use? I used two. What did I return? For heavens sake, you picked it up! Then only wanted to refund "on sale price". I said, when have you ever had a sale on shingles and roofing supplies in the spring, never! Took nearly a year to get my money back. Additionally, they used to hire very knowledgeable people in each department. I'm afraid to report those days seem to be a thing of the past. And their 11% rebate, supposedly able to do online. Think again. I had major shoulder surgery and could not pick up a pencil let alone fill out forms. Tried to explain this to them. They could care less. I waited to long so out of luck on the rebates worth several hundreds of dollars.
I shop home depot now. My 5% veterans discount applied right at the counter and none of the other problems. Maybe they'll appreciate the thousands I spend every year on my new home.

Great price great product but we had to do all the lifting in store and to vehicle

Picking up an online order is inefficient at menards. Especially when required to pick it up from behind the store and go through their gates. After parking for the second time good luck finding staff to locate an order

Not much to say this time around. Nobody asked if they could help as I stood in one place trying to decide where to look for what I was looking for. When I finally asked someone,reply was ,"Don't know"! Sometimes they are very helpful though! Just not this time!
