I had a wonderful experience with Menard's as I prepared my new home to move into it.  The 11 percent rebates were wonderful too.  I especially want to mention a gal named Lorna in the Paint Dept at Court St store.  I had to have paint matched, mixed, and shook.  I needed supplies I didn't know I needed.  Lorna was wonderful, kind and patient.  Thank you to all at Menard's for doing so much every time I came into your store.  Living in the new home now and it sparkles thanks to y'all.

Clean and friendly service. If youre looking to visit a Menards, this location will not leave you disappointed. Friendly service and always pretty well stocked with all your needs. The tool selection is also pretty epic.  Enjoy your visit...i do!

It’s an amazing store, I love it they have everything you need. I just moved recently & I’ve gotten so much stuff I needed for my new house. I needed shelves for my basement & my shed. Stuff for Christmas, I love coming in there. I never leave without buying something. 😂. Seriously if you’ve never been there you must go and check it out.

Ran in for 1 item. Although I couldn't find it, they had one close enough. I grabbed some candy I didn't need and checked out. The cashier and her trainer were both very pleasant.

UPDATE:  I’ve done most of my shopping for my renovations at Menards.  I really do kind this place despite my early review about the lack of amigos.  The staff is very helpful and kind.  They’ve helped me locate many things in the store and addressed my questions.  I really appreciate when Menards is running their 11% rebate offer.  I suggest to go early or late to this store as they are always busy.

LAST REVIEW:  Prior to visiting Menards, I called the store to find out if there were any amigos available as I have a injury/disability.  I was told there were amigos and we drove to the store and we did not find any amigos available.  There were very few people in the disabled parking and the only thing available was a wheelchair that looked like it was purchased at a junk yard.  The prices were reasonable.  There were only two lanes available to check out so it took longer than necessary.

So much better then home depot!! Pricing and customer service is just outstanding!! Called up today to see if they had an item in stock and they did have 8, i asked if they could hold 7 of them as i was on my way to grab it before they ran out. Went there and barry had my order in a cart set aside for me. He helped me with any other question i had and he was great!!! Thank you barry at building materials for all the help today!!

First time visiting this place. Very cool store. Kind of a mix between Home Depot/Lowes & Walmart. Excellent prices. The store itself is 5 stars. However my experience with special order & pick up wasn't positive. I was to receive an email when my order arrived. After about 2 weeks, I had to call. Apparently it arrived 3 days after I placed the order. When picking up, it was difficult navigating the self serve/order pick up area. No signs, workers on forklifts everywhere. It was unorganized & chaotic.

This place is a bit hectic due to the outbreak but it's a fantastic store, it's like a toy store for dads. Love this place for its selection of just about everything under the sun, I could walk around for hours once it's safe to have a leisurely stroll through the stores. Huge yard for all your building needs!

I love going here and seeing everything they have in the store always an excitement.  Prices are good, product selection is good, friendly and helpful staff.  They have everything from tools to food but no ice bags.  I would say their operation works. The thing is they have you walk all the way to the back of the store to make a special order request then all the way back up to the cashier to pay. If you are not careful here you will end up walking out with more than you expected to leave with.  Anyways, I like the outdoor self serve lumber yard but you have to do the walk to get the talk to pick up your stuff.

Very friendly staff! And very helpful. One of the associates on the floor went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for.
