Very pleasant trip to menards. However, my only complaint is I would have purchased more of their sale items if it wasn't for the rebate rules. The rebate system takes so long. I'm still waiting on rebates from a year ago. I probably will never see them.

Always seem to find what I need here, but it's never used for what it's intended for!! Hahah

Alot of stuff there today they were very helpful in helping me find  what I needed.  I have the menards app but I wish the mapping was more specific.

They staff in building supplies helped figure out how much sheetrock I needed for a small job. The staff in the warehouse were ready to help if I needed it! Good job!

Really poor customer service for contractors buying any sheet goods is an hour+ task do yourself a favor go to lancashire front street or bismarck lumber will have it in your truck in under 10 minutes this place could care less about professionals time wont shop here as a professional again

What I wanted was stated as in stock, but wasn't. I know supply chain issues are real, but they should adjust their signage.

Kinda baulked at honoring manufacturer Lifetime warranty. They did allow an exchange after a little monkey motion. So alls good. Need to bring back 11% rebates more often.

Got what I wanted, easy to find.  Helpful and friendly staff

It wasn't a wasted trip eventhough they were still out of my favorite cleaning product. All 4 of the employees that I spoke with were very helpful and happy to do so. Must have been a full moon LOL

Well organized, wide clean aisles, personnel wrote up my order and I checked out without any problems. Entered yard, picked up product and left swiftly and easily. Excellent.
