Great Place To Get All Your Home Repair Needs All In One Place!! Not Much You Can’t Find In There!! They Could Have A Smoother System For The Online Purchases To The Store!!

Tried to find a cartridge for my faucet. Could not get help from staff. Decided to go home and look on the web. Was able to verify the part and order it for less money than Menards price.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called the manager to discuss my concerns he just continued to talk over me and then hung up on me. I will never spend my money with them again.

It's one of my favorite places to go since buying a home. We now can get new "toys" there. Just watch your prices and quality of what you are getting. We shop online first and then go see it in person. Look online at other places and see if they will price match. Worst they can do is say no. I do that on everything I buy at any place. You don't want me to go with you to buy a automobile.  LOL

Once we found what we were looking for customer service was pretty good prices are a little high I guess that's what happens when you live in a area that's all small towns

Great store! More variety and items than your typical home improvement place.

Good sales and good product. They definitely need to step up the customer service.  I know the store is good for the community, but they could use to give back. They use to have a contractor lunch every year.  That was a welcome site to all the hard working men and women in the the community.  It was fun for the employees as well.  You get to meet your main customers and hear what their concerns are. Menards can afford it.

Always a great visit we stopped at this one on our way back home from a trip. It was setup EXACTLY like the one we go to regularly. That makes it so nice to go to the exact place and get what you need.
