  I called in for an emergency service. I had a gas leak. Kansas gas came in and verified it and turned off the gas. I called several local plumbers. Mel was the only one to respond. He was fast, efficient, and even found more errors and problems in my plumbing. Mel took it upon himself to move forward to work on these problems. When he gave me an estimate for one repair, I thought it would be far more expensive than what he bid. I thought it was a very fair bid, in fact I found it to be a little bid. Mel was fast, efficient, and professional. He completed the emergency situation very quickly. He even found more and quickly applied fixes to them.I found him to be an excellent plumber, and I do intend to use him continually throughout our time here in Clay Center. I truly enjoy working with people that are as professional as Mel!

  They know their stuff... Great service getting the job done and even pointed out where other issues were we didn't even know ... So glad they are very thorough ... Appreciate their expertise !!! You all are superb ... Thank you!!! Literally saved our lives from a well spotted leak for carbon monoxide!!! Thank you !

  Went there this week to talk to Mel. The female working there was not friendly and I felt I should take my business else where so I went to Ron's Plumbing. I'm sure if I was able to talk to Mel this would be a diffrent story
