  We noticed water damage our cabinets and wall behind our sink. We found out we had a slow leak from our dishwasher that caused damage to the drywall and the cabinets. Our insurance gave us some companies to consider but after meeting with the representative for Meeks we felt content to move forward with them. Dan Martin, the project manager, was always available to speak with my husband regarding questions or concerns. Dan and his team were professional and courteous. There were one or two items my husband addressed with Dan and his team but they were always willing to work with him and help resolve any concerns about the project. Our kitchen has been restored beautifully and we happily recommend using Meeks to meet your needs!

  Don’t not go with this company. They broke my pipes and I told them it’s going to cost 1,500 plus what I need to pay them. I still working with my insurance which I have received 0 dollars. They don’t care. Instead I got a letter from their lawyers. I was try to work something out ,but I guess they preferred their money. It’s funny I was recommended by my adjuster to go with them. I will also give them a call to inform them not to recommend them. I never write reviews but this company only cares about their money.

  Ms. Ramirez your job came to us on 4/09/21 through your public adjuster as a favor to you because you were not able to find anyone to tarp your home. We also made you a priority and tarped your home right away completing the job on 4/10/21. We took before and after photos and we see no evidence of any problem that we could have caused. You contacted us with the problem on 10/12/21, 6 months after the tarping was completed. If we had caused a problem in any way, it should have been addressed immediately. When we didn't receive payment from you, we invoiced your insurance directly. Once we did that you made this negative Google review. The photos you sent of the pipe is from the interior of the home and the pipe looks to be compromised due to deterioration. We have tried to help you however you are represented by a public adjuster and technically we must communicate through them. Please have your public adjuster contact us. Thank you.

  Horrible builders. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Them and Boulos are BAD. The quality of there work is terrible. Over a dozen residents I know in Lexington, including myself, have had some issue with them. They clearly like to cut corners when they’re building. Fortunately, because of how hot the housing market is, they could’ve put up a freaking cardboard box (practically did) and I’d still make money. If you’re in Tallahasse I would definitely ask the developer who the construction company is.. If it’s these guys…. RUN the other way.
