  Needed a day rip to get out and about. This museum was really a fine display from the building to major Civil War contents and local settlers. Well worth the trip.

  Just happened onto this little gem but got there too near closing. Just walking through got me excited to come back. If you are interested in Minnesota history you need to spend some time there

  When it comes to Civil War history and artifacts, this makes visiting Fort Sumter in Charleston look like I walked on the beach and saw a sand castle! Even more impressive, they got the late veterans' seating arrangements to the last detail!
