I have bought many items from this store.  Always priced competitive with other stores.  I always shop here first even if I’m not in the area.  The staff is very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and always go over the top for me.

I love being able to run down to Means and grab items for my house projects.  We bought new windows for our house there too, and love the look and quality.  I also love that they color match paint!!!

I'm not any way a pro, so when I need help it's however I can manage. Nick listened and walked me thru for even my way. No no towels under door, that's pipe insulation and gorilla glue. Great service. Great people

Most of the employees are really nice. Prices are a little steep but that's what happens when you dont want to go to bigger towns. The only bad things is they close at 5 everyday.  That's why they only got 3 stars.

The best hardware store in Texas  ! If they don't have they can get it ! Good people and great prices

Great store! Every employee was eager to help me as soon as I walked in the door. I had the best experience ever at a hardware store in my 38 years. Today was my first visit and I will never go anywhere else for my hardware needs. I hope others find this helpful.

I called this store asking if they had hunter green RUSTOLEUM paint, Gloss , the lady asked how much i needed i asked for a gallon, when she came back she said we have 3 gallons available. I told her i would be there in about 1 hour since i was driving from kaufman. I get there a when i asked about the specific paint she said its right here, They we’re trying to sell me their brand of paint I didn’t ask for the lady that I had talk to on the phone and she says it’s supposed to be the same thing the ace brand and rust oleum she then tells me oh I thought it was the same thing because its the same color, I would’ve been OK if this was a project that I was beginning but since I have already started about 300 feet of fence I didn’t wanna take the chance of me having to drive an hour back because the two paint didn’t match for the other 300 feet that I needed they should really be honest about telling customers about offbrands never will I come here again
