  The technician arrived within time specified (sooner that expected) for an HVAC programmable thermostat issue. He was extremely courteous and a pleasure to interact with. He listened attentively to the issues I described and was empathetic and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He answered every single question and explained to me the initial setup of the thermostat as well as programming. McWilliams and Son installed the complete system roughly 5 years ago and it has functioned flawlessly. He was pleasant, unobtrusive and completed the service(s) expediently.
