  I called McManus plumbing to find a leak outside my 82 year old mothers house. He did send a plumber to check, but was supposed to return the next morning around 9 or 9:30. No one had the courtesy or respect to call us and let us know they were not coming. They just didnt show up. But I did call and let them know we had gotten someone else. Very unprofessional.

  I have an older home built in the 60’s that had significant plumbing issues. McManus Plumbing made several repairs for us. They quickly found the source of a leak in my crawl space and fixed it, replaced a two handle tub/shower faucet with a single control (safer for my toddler), and unclogged the line in my kitchen sink. They were professional by testing their work afterward, and cleaned up after themselves. That is an extra step I always appreciate!

  They did well. They didn't have the right equipment to change out my washing machine valves... My lines weren't standard size. But they made a trip and got back, got out all changed out and working. Loved the fact they came out quickly. Both guys were courteous and amicable.
