  Needed service, but everyone I called was booked up or wouldn't give me a call back. Mark squeezed us in to his schedule. Repaired an issue with the hot water flow and installed a new kitchen faucet.

  Mark came out early on a Sunday morning even though I told him it wasn't really an emergency. He replaced a section of PVC pipe, and I was back in bed in an hour. Very reasonable rates.
