I have seen multiple doctors at this clinic, but none of them impressed me like Dr. Brousseau. He listened to everything I said, talked to me frankly and like I was an important part of his day, not just an appointment he had to rush through, and gave me valid and useful advice for issues I have been having with my insurance. He handled what I went in for, and then some. I've never had a doctor that I didn't dread going back to until meeting Dr. Brousseau. For anyone in WC looking for a PCP, I cannot recommend him enough.

I’m here right now and pretty sure I haven’t even seen a doctor yet. I’ve had a fever for 2 days now with a sore throat and body aches and head ache. Been here for 3 hours now, been sitting in a room and the lady came in and said “ya you are a little warm” and checked my ears and then we did a strep test and been waiting forever for anyone to come back in to see what I’m sick with. The lady kept grumbling how she didn’t have the right materials and then just left and said someone will come back to do a strep test. Apparently “the lab is swamped.” Place is not even busy. So irritating.

I was seen about bumps that were all over me and when I walked in I told them that they need to make sure they take my insurance otherwise I don't want to be seen. My mom had cervical cancer this year so that was one of the reasons why I was seen because the deductible is paid. Well turns out they lied and they don't take my insurance so now I have a $200 bill. I called and told them the situation and asked if they would lower it at all. The billing lady told me it's nonnegotiable and the only thing she can do is set up payments. So be careful when you ask if they take your insurance because they might be lying. The best part about all of this is the doctor just said she doesn't know. I was in there maybe five minutes.
