  We worked with Dan to custom build a shower door for our bathroom and the entire process was smooth sailing from start to finish! He truly made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and the ordering process and installation were a breeze. Highly recommend!!

  I cannot speak to the service provided by the Fairport location, but I would strongly advise anyone from using the Henrietta location for any work. A simple job to replace a vanity top and wash hand basin, and install a new shower door took seven months, as opposed to the 6-8 weeks originally estimated. During that time we experienced items not being ordered and incorrect items being ordered and installed. Initially the incorrect shower door was installed. It then took from April 14 to August 11 to get another non-functional door installed. During that time we went as much as six weeks without any contact or status updates. The timeline included being told on May 20 that some tiles that now needed replacement because of the incorrect installation would be delivered within one week. On July 2 we were advised that the tiles had still not been received and they were not sure when they would be available. When asked for status on the replacement door the response was “I think it’s on order”. A replacement shower door installation was attempted on August 11, but the technician had to give up as he could not get the door properly aligned. One suspected cause was that the original glass that had been removed in April had been mistakenly re-used! Eventually a functional door was installed on September 8. I simply say “functional” as the quality of the job is not what we might have expected - unaligned components and uneven gaps giving concern about possible future issues. After waiting one month for contact from McKenna’s to determine if the resolution was satisfactory I contacted them and asked them to visit to see the installation and put my concerns on record should there be future problems. The long and the short was that the request was refused and I was told the work was warranted for one year, end of story. All-in-all not the experience we expected for a job that our sales person at the time of order described as a “simple little job”.

  McKenna installed a new sink, fauset and garbage disposal. Their product are top natch and their employees from sales to installers are very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them . Donna G.
