  We've had McKean do three different jobs for us in the past year, ranging from fixing a leaking AC drain to installing and/or repairing 3 toilets to digging up our yard to repair a leaking supply line. All the jobs were done professionally in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

  McKean is our go-to company for all home HVAC and plumbing issues. Professional staff is friendly, thorough and efficient. We have had many good experiences on jobs both large (total furnace/AC replacement and small (valve and faucet replacements) over the past 10+ years.

  Wonderful and friendly service. My furnace broke and they had no appointments available for the next month. I was put on the cancellation list. Within an hour, I received a call requesting the model specifications so they could get ahead of the issue. Within the next hour, I received a call that a technician in my area finished up a job early and would stop by in a few minutes to see what parts would be required or if he could fix it on the spot. I truly appreciated that I was not put on "a list" and forgotten about!! They were extremely prompt and caring about the situation. The technician that came was very nice and efficient. He put on a temporary part so I would have heat until they could get back with the permanent part. This is the 1st time I've used McKean for HVAC, but I have used them twice for plumbing and was equally satisfied with the promptness and friendliness. I would not call anyone else in this industry at this point.
