The night that I’ve and snow was predicted or heat went out. Ed came out at 10pm, replaced a piece but it still didn’t work. He found we didn’t have had to the unit. Ed took them replacement part off and I called has company. Ed as he was leaving where our gas meter was and found the meter turned off. He turned it back on and everything was fixed. It was 10:30pm at this point and he could have easily gone home but he took the effort to just look and e we had hot heat and our stove was able to work also. As I type this my 84 yr old mother is eating her breakfast and comfortable with them heat. Thank you so much for having awesome employees like Ed.

Communication was a little off the first day. I’ll take the blame for that. I changed my scheduled time. The second day they were out there earlier than expected. Even with the rain. Really nice people. From the phones to the field workers. Definitely recommend.

Technician was on time and was professional as well as courteous. He did a very detailed inspection of not only our gas heating system but also our heat pump. Highly recommend this maintenance service. AND McGee Heating and Air.

I have to say this company is worth calling. This company could have done a service call, fixed everything that was broken for a temporary fix and come back every time something was wrong, but instead the customer came first! While my service call and maintenance turned into much more then I was imagining , David one of the best ever for a service technician! He explained everything and talk me through everything. Made me very aware how unsafe my system was in it current condition. He also called to have someone, Al, to come tell me my options to correct my issues. Al listens and any questions, even if you call a couple of times. Great company, very detailed and gives you the best options for long term value. Will be happy to post another review after my next appointment. Looking forward to the peace of mind I will have soon .

We came to your house on 11/16 for a no heat request. After arriving we found that all ductwork needs to be torn out and replaced. Our schedule for this type of job is approx. 6 weeks out. We have reviewed this situation and found that the existing duct is not repairable. We do offer a credit on your 89.00 service call if you have us to make repairs when our schedule allows,
