  For over 25 years my family and I have put our trust in the McCutchan’s name. They are the most dependable and trustworthy heating and cooling business in the area. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the timeliness and the pricing over the years. To say we are pleased with our brand new HVAC unit is an understatement. Trane is the only brand we will use going forward.

  Been using these guys for almost ten years. There sad was a great guy and went out of his way to help us get our furnace repairs done under warranty. Came out last year and saved us from the hottest days of the summer. Just installed a split unit ac in my attic office and it's working great. Just call them and forget the rest.

  Sent them an inquiry on their website on a Sunday night and was contacted the very next morning. By Wednesday, my old unit was evaluated, a plan to replace it was made, and I had a quote. We set a date for installation and then we’re at my house at the exact time they said they would be. Fast forward to the end of the process. The unit they received from Trane was defective. They thought they had fixed it, but came back MULTIPLE times to monitor it and make sure it would continue to cool my home. Once they realized the unit needed replaced, it was ordered and installed quickly. The warranty covered everything and was completely hassle free. I would HIGHLY recommend McCutchan’s as Tyler and Michael clearly do not stop until they know the job is finished and done right. Thank you!
