  I'm at such a loss for words after your technician Levi Stead left my house. Ill keep this brief and to the point. However after he left my home I immediately wrote a page of things he said to me that completely blew my mind I had to make sure I wrote them word for word. So if his boss would like to know exactly how he treats female customers and the very unprofessional way he speaks to women feel free to give me a call I'd be happy to inform you. I have a page of word for word quotes from Levi. I had an appointment today and have used your business previously for plumbing issues, so I would be in your system. Aside from asking me repeatedly if i was going to "waste his time and never call back" He informed me that he needed to speak to my husband. I told him he works a lot and I always work with the contractors and companies. We have been married over 15 years and owned multiple homes. We have had more home renovations and repairs than I can remember. And 90% of the time I'm the only person who handles this stuff. He then had the audacity to say that our marriage values didn't align and this probably would not be a good fit. I kept asking him if he was serious or joking because in all my adult womanhood I've never ever been treated like this. I point blank asked him if he was refusing to give my a bid because my husband wasn't present. He wouldn't answer. But he never left my entry way. I was absolutely blown away at how he acted and spoke. This kid actually treated me as if I was incapable of handling this. In fact he basically said that by refusing to complete the bid without speaking to my husband first. Your company really should have a conversation with Levi and explain that in 2022 women are capable of making adult decisions and dealing with things without a man present. Thank you for reminding me that even in this day and age there are still incredibly chauvinist males in this world.

  Jeremy did a great job. We had originally called in to have our dryer vent cleaned and he noticed something wasn’t right. There was a clog that was obstructing the air flow and he took the dryer vent apart noticing that the vent was rusted and damaged. We decided to have the vent replaced instead of just having the cleaning done. He finished the work in one day and he did a very thorough job. He is very skilled and did a great job he also communicated with us very well. We are very happy with the service he provided. Excellent!!!

  From the beginning of the job with the recommendations and the original invoice options from Jeremy, to the end of the job today, the McCrea guys that showed up at my house were professional and got the job done right. McCrea must be proud to send these three professionals, Jeremy, Eric and Damien, out for service calls. I found no fault in the work done and the advice given. My wife and I are happy that there will be no more leaks in the ceiling from our upstairs plumbing. I will definitely be calling them for future work at my aging home. 5/5 stars gentlemen!!
