  this is from my sister who does not leave feedback directly: McConnell is just the best, they set the bar for service and expertise. The two gentlemen that came to my house were just that, perfect gentlemen who treated me with respect and took me seriously even though I know virtually nothing about plumbing. They explained things in a way that I could understand without being condescending in the least. They were realistic about space requirements, yet resourceful with space limitations. They were nonjudgmental about all the paraphernalia that had accumulated in the basement and furnace room. Even if you have to go on a waiting list for service, they are worth the wait — they do beautiful work!

  Installed washer and dryer with steam feature, leveled to perfection. ERIC was very professional, ahead of time, and knows his business, exudes confidence in his skill sets. Very pleased.
