  Had an emergency with our drain in the driveway. The guys were out the next morning. To be honest with you, it was like talking with an old friend. They took their time, figured out the problem. Fair price, hard work and he left with a smile and a handshake. That is how business is done. Thanks guys.

  I had a drain problem going to my septic tank. I used another plumber a couple years ago and he didn't fix the root of the problem. Jerry came out the same day and assessed the situation. Long story short, he fixed my problem for half of what the other guy charged and got everything working great-possibly saving me thousands. They were pleasant & reliable to deal with. McCarter & Son will be my first call in the future and I would highly recommend them.

  You'll find none better than Jerry. If you're looking for a truly skilled, experienced plumber look no further. I'm pretty sure Jerry could have done my repair(main water line in house) with a blindfold on. Everything he needed was on the van so there was no running back and forth for parts. Repair was done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Thanks again!
