  Excellent experience, I am an avid do it yourself person (engineer by training) who believes in the belt and suspenders approach... I found their work to be of high quality while showing great respect for personal property and an effort to minimize additional cost to me (drywall, flooring, etc.). I was very impressed with Jason from the initial meeting when he created the quote to the actual work performed. Their efforts to minimize damage, discuss options as the job progressed (and it took a few unexpected turns), and complete the repair were impressive. While it is less than ideal to have the need for a plumber, there is certainly a new number in my phone should the need arise for myself or friends and neighbors.

  Jason and Mondo were incredibly thorough. I had another plumber come out and quote me $30,000 for a reroute, and Jason came over as a second opinion and said that was completely unnecessary at this time. He fixed the issue in under an hour and for around only $200. He had a great attitude and was very patient in helping me understand what was going on. Highly recommend!

  Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.
