  We called for service first thing in the morning and the plumber was at our house about an hour later. He was friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. We have used this company on several different occasions in the past and we always find them to be priced fairly with excellent service. I highly recommend them.

  I had a leak under my kitchen sink and a gentleman by the name of Garrett came to look at the problem. It was an easy fix and I figured while he was here, I would have him look at a faucet in my bathroom that leaks from time to time. He fixed that problem as well. He even checked my toilets to make sure they were running properly. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and I could not be more appreciative!

  For a furnace malfunction, a previous company charged me for 3 expensive service calls ,and never fixed the problem! The McAllister company sent Matt, who fixed the problem in less than an hour! So grateful for his expertise! Thank you also for the great service, from Dana and all the other courteous professional receptionists I spoke with. I have used McAllister for service in the past 5 years (plumbing issues , etc ) and they never disappoint, with their sharp skills and professionalism . I will always recommend them …5+ stars!
