  Spoke to Mr. Mcnichols at 3pm Friday about an odor coming from my central unit during a cold spell. He stated it was probably the heat exchanger and quoted a price to repair and to replace the entire unit. I went with the new unit. At 8am the next morning, they arrived and replaced the unit in about 4 hours with 6" of snow on the ground. They were very friendly and we will definitely use them again in the future.

  I have elderly parents on a very limited and fixed income who needed a new heat and air system installed. I agreed to buy them one...We called this company. He installed faulty equipment!!! The unit is constantly breaking down. He advised my parents in less than a year that he won’t install those units anymore because they are always breaking down. The unit and work is still under warranty but Mr. McNichols is not upholding to anything!! He wants to come out every other day to fill it with Freon and charge my parents $100’s. The unit was installed about three years ago. The compressor has been out this entire season and Mr. McNichols will not fix it without about a $600 to $800 bill. They have now had to result in buying a window unit to install when there is practically a brand new unit in their home that is unusable. Mr. McNichols you need to make this right with my parents!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly!!!! I’ve tried calling you and nobody answers. Your mailbox is full and no one can leave a message.

  They were great! Sammy was the first here and last to leave. My little dog is very glad we now have heat. And her Mom is too.
