  I live just east of Charleston. My water heater was leaking so I called them. They got here on time and had my new water put in and up to code in a very timely manner! I have used several different plumbers but I will be using McDowell Plumbing from here on out. Thanks again guys!

  We live east of Shelbyville. This is our 2nd time working with them. We called them on a Friday. They said that they would call us on Monday to set things up. They called early Monday to set things up for the next day. They arrived early, completed the service quickly and were polite and easy to work with! Will call them with any future plumbing needs.

  Very polite father and son! We’ve used a couple other plumbers in the past, decided to try McDowell’s out and was very satisfied! We will definitely be using them for now on. They were here when they said they would be and got the job done right the first time.
