  Used this company through our insurance repair program. Overall customer service was exceptional! I am so appreciative that they were able to respond to our problem over the weekend rather than having us wait until Monday. They were very knowledgeable and resolved our issue in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company for the services they offer!

  We initially had an appointment for the following day but not having any hot water we called and pleaded with them. They were able to move a few things around for us and had someone out here in a couple hours. Dillon, our service technician, was great. Knew exactly what to do, diagnosed and fixed our hot water heater in 15min. He moved and worked with precision and was in our opinion, an expert! Thank you Mayes & Son for expediting our call and an even bigger thank you to Dillon!
