  My bathtub fixture knob would not turn off and was about to overflow my bathtub I called the Plumber at 630 am. Josh answered the phone when I called and came right away “early morning “ to fix my tub knob. Great response time and great service!

  I used this company 2 weeks ago because my plumber was out of town to unclog the drain to my washing machine. The drain is still clogged and they have come bk a few times and still have not got it unclogged. They haven’t been answering the phone and when they do they say they will send someone out and they either don’t show up or come days later. This is very unprofessional!! I’ve asked for a refund and they say they will come fix it and 5 days later still no service. I don’t recommend their service at all unless you want to waste money!!! Found out this is not Matthews Plumbing....Had to file a claim with the BBB to get a refund. This is his grandson whom is not licensed. I spoke with Mr. Matthews and he has been closed for years!!

  He showed to fix a tub drain that was running. He made it a little better(for a few hours then it was back to the way it was) and left. He told me he’d come back to fix it if it didn’t stop. I called him 3 hours after he left. He said he’d come back. Since then, we scheduled 4 separate times for him to come back to fix it. He no showed EVERY time and NEVER called once to tell us. I would not recommend. Very unprofessional and took the money and ran
