  Called Matthew’s Plumbing Company to replace my water heater that had busted in my attic. From speaking to the office staff to the technicians who showed up to my home quickly everything was perfect! Pricing was upfront and reasonable. Will definitely be referring them to everyone I know that has a plumbing need.

  This crew was absolutely fantastic. Very professional and communicative during the entire process. We added on a small bit of scope last minute and their team was able to accommodate the request for a fair price. The work was done with care and exceeded expectations.   As a homeowner, you frequently find yourself in the position of having to hire out repair work to specialists (plumbers, electricians, etc.). It is not always possible to get multiple estimates on these repairs since they are usually of a time sensitive nature and most of these specialists will charge you just to come out and look at the issue. You then find yourself in the position of wondering whether the price you are charged is fair, or if the serviceperson has taken advantage of the situation. When you find a company you trust, much of that worry about being overcharged can be avoided. I thought I had found a company I could trust in Matthew's Plumbing Solutions. I had them do work on my house a couple of times in the past and felt they did good work and charged a fair price. Yesterday, however, I had them repair a leak in the lines supplying and leaving my water heater and feel the price charged was not commensurate with the work performed. I was charged over $580 for the replacement of the water heater in and out hoses and the installation of copper fittings to connect the hoses to my house pex lines. Compared both to previous work they have done for me and my own gauge of what would be appropriate, this seemed excessive. I give the company 3 stars, because the work they do has always been good. However, if you can't trust them not to take advantage of you when you are in quick need of plumbing help, then I cannot recommend them. I will be looking elsewhere the next time I need a plumber.

I took some time to review your account and the notes pertaining to the repair that was done on 2/15. One of our biggest priorities is communication with our customers and informing them of pricing and what exactly needs to be done. I did find that on the service repair we were give verbal approval by your significant other. In addition to the approval I did double check the amount that was charged in which I found to be in line with what normal pricing for this type of repairs cost. Hopefully, we can continue to service you for any future plumbing needs, providing the best customer service guaranteed!
