  We had Bryon and Chris out to inspect our main sewer line in a time crunch situation. They were able to come out quickly, assess what needed to be done, and come back to complete the work the same week. They were efficient, easy to work with, and I am so happy with the results!! Highly recommend!!!

  You will be able to find a company that is less expensive and is honest about their pricing. They won't tell you the minimum charge for a job is $275 until after you have paid $75 to come out to your house for the site visit. I called up and asked for a quote and the office manager, Amber, said she couldn't give me a quote. When the technician arrived at my house, I spoke with him on the phone and told him everything that needed to be done (Add a shutoff valve to a gas line, $60 worth of parts, tops). My wife was quoted $495 for the job. Shame on me for not asking the plumber what the price would be. Shame on me for not having my wife call me with the quote. Shame on Matt's Plumbing for taking advantage of a naïve person for a 40 minute job. When I called to ask about why the price was so high, I was told your wife signed off. I told Amber I was the customer. I asked if they are in the business of taking advantage of people and she said, "Gotcha".

  Michael, we respect our clients right to decline services, which is why we are very transparent about our trip charge, and do not give prices over the phone; to try and prevent this exact thing from happening. The price was presented and the contract was signed before ANY work was performed, just as explained when you booked the call. I have spoken with Amber and she did NOT say what you claim above either which is libel, please do not direct future defamation in our direction. Our prices are actually 53% below the national average for the work that was performed in your home, and we made every attempt to be upfront on the pricing. We are a licensed , bonded and insured plumbing company, not a handyman service, and our prices will reflect as such.

  We have used Matt's Plumbing Solutions on multiple occasions over the years. Most recently, we contacted him to address frozen pipes (Winter, 2021), and while they were already booked for multiple days in advance, he walked us through options to address our needs over the phone, while driving between customers, free of charge. We have referred his business to others in our social networks looking for a quality, reliable plumbers, and they too, have been highly satisfied with his services. We recommend Matt's Plumbing Solutions without reservations. We have found Matt, and his employees to be professional, courteous, honest, and responsive to our needs and requests.
