Went there asked employee for help he told me to go to different department since he was flooring . I waited as per his instructions 15 minutes and not once did anyone approach us . I guess you have to be a contractor to be helped .

Great customer service. Fast & friendly...added bonus..we had a lot of laughs with staff. I've never had this much fun shopping at a building/material store.
My dad's purchase this time but I will be back for my own home improvement needs.

Super great service! Always greeted with kindness. The men at the back are extremely helpful! Especially the handsome Osvaldo! Loaded everything up for me really fast with no breaks! He is the flash 🏃🏽⚡️Sometimes I go just to see his cute sweaty face 😳😰❤️

Overall great experience. Sebastian is a really great employee. Ran towards me and helped me with everything I needed. Me dio mucho ánimo cuando andaba de compras. I even bought extra stuff I didn’t need. He gave me the pipe I needed and offered me a big tronco. It kind of hurt but I’m ok. Overall great customer service

Lots of small specialty items but anything else is special order.. flooring, tile, backsplash etc. Waited 10 minutes for help in doors and left when no one came to help. This would be a good contractor's store but not a diy thing.

Used to buy my central air conditioner, filters,16×20, lately, they don't have them in stock.other than that. it's a great place.

I purchased some items and Mr Rey was  friendly, knowledgeable , professional, he knows his stuff, printed out my quote, and told me of different items to get the best price. Came back and purchased everything I needed.  And the cashier Ms Ashley, very nice, quick, efficient gave me my printed receipts and sent me on my way. I definitely will be returning, plus the store is super clean. 👍
