We had an after hours plumbing emergency.  Great service from the initial call until the job was done.  Friendly and great work!  Would use again without question.

Master Plumbing is awesome!!! Service Technician Jeff McCullough came out to my house to check on a leaking toilet in my downstairs half bath. This leak wasn’t your average leak, but Jeff dug in and found the source of the leak and had it fixed in 15 mins. My man Steve M. really saved us today! One of the worst experiences a homeowner can have is waking up to water on the floor and soaking the carpet. I'm so glad we called Master Plumbing and even more thankful they sent Steve out! He arrived quicker than expected and was able to trace the leak and fix it amazingly fast. He was thorough, testing any potential cause before confidently assuring us the issue was resolved. I rarely experience Steve's level of professionalism, it was refreshing. He went above and beyond to make recommendations on how to address the damage and provided referrals. While this situation has been unfortunate for us, and will require more steps to fully resolve, I can now say "I have a plumbing guy that I trust."

Honestly who does an estimate without charging you a service charge just to come out?? No one does these days so I was very impressed right from the start.  Mike arrived on time, was very clean, friendly and courteous. He put on his boot covers so he didn't track dirt. Right away I felt he was a trust worthy person.  He pointed out the problem and showed me to reaffirm the work needed to be done. It was clear cut and estimate provided. I will put Mike Vollmer from Master Plumbing in my contacts for future reference should I need a plumber again.

Jim Colburn was excellent at performing everything we needed done on our repair of the kitchen sink and installing a new faucet and shut off valves.
