  Had two tubs that did not hold water....come to find out the original builder did not put any puddy between the drain and decorative ring. Thank you Hayden Homes. So Austin fixed them and even went below my house to make sure tubs were not leaking in any manner. Tubs not leaking but found a tone of water under the house with lots of gushy ground and mineral build up - inspector did not note such when I bought the house. Next time I will use my own inspectors. So frustrating. Austin was courteous and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Master Plumbing.

  Austin was professional and on time. He identified the source of the leak and even found a new one, which he promptly repaired. He was clean, organized, and courteous, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely keep Master Plumbing on my go-to list of favorite repair companies.

  Austin was amazing! He was helpful and honest, understanding of costs and asked my permission before starting any work. He let me know beforehand what the cost would be so that I wouldn’t be surprised. He fixed everything with my dishwasher and toilet fast and walked me through how to avoid it in the future. 10/10 would recommend Master Plumbing and Austin as your plumber 👍🏻
