  Trying to get a home ready for the market is such a chore. I'd much rather be in a buyer's shoes where I could make demands rather than anticipate needs so that a decent offer is made and inspections done. We've had Mark out on several occasions and stopped receiving multiple quotes because he's efficient, communicative and probably the most fair businessman we've come across in the area. If you're needing services he provides, I certainly recommend you give him a call. It'll save you time and money as well as priceless peace of mind.

  We had a leaking bathroom faucet and were not sure of the source. Mark came out to the house the next morning after my call to assess the situation. He gave us his honest opinion and worked with our schedules to get the problem fixed. Mark was great to work with and fairly priced, we will certainly call again when needed.
