  I had used them in the past and was satisfied with the service and price. But I can not say the same about this time. The service call was reasonable but the part was way over priced. I am a loyal customer to companies that do good work for a reasonable price. As a business owner, I know how much it cost to stay in business but I also know not to take advantage of people. Next time, I will call a different company.

  The techs that Robbie sent over found the problem with our outside AC unit very quickly after I described the problem. They didn't have the replacement for the fried circuit board on hand (understandably), but they were able to bypass it for a temporary solution while the new one is ordered. I just hope that the replacement board arrives soon because the outside fan runs continuously!
