  The plumber from Massimillo (I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name) came to check for a leak under my bathroom sink and reattach a bathtub faucet handle. Even though we couldn't reproduce the leak I had photographed, he took my concern seriously and checked and did some maintenance on all the connections under my sink. He was so nice! The whole experience was quick & positive.
