  Not sure about the quality of their work but I inquired about a plumbing job and just to come by to quote it, there’s $99 fee. On top of that, the guy who answered seemed bothered by even having to think about doing another job. Imagine if every company charged a fee just to quote, how can you compare quotes but still pay fees to the ones who you didn’t choose? No thanks.

  Reggie is the man. Very friendly and knows his job. Did an outstanding job and my dog likes him also. If I ever not plumbing again I will call Massey Plumbing and ask for Reggie. Thanks for your service and a pleasant experience. Have a bless day.

  Reggie and Shannon were great, very professional. They did a great job finding the issues, explaining it to me and the cost was lower than I thought it would be. It was a great customer experience all around. Will definitely recommend Massey Plumbing inc, and hire them again. Five Stars!!!!
