  My heat pump/ac wasn't working and we are in the middle of a heat wave in 100+ degree weather. I called at 11 at night and they came out at 1am and had it fixed by 2. I was so stressed because my elderly dogs were struggling so bad with the heat but Jerry came to the rescue and I am eternally grateful. I recommend them hands down! Jerry was our angel tonight. Thank you Jerry!

  I called MasPro to ask for a quote on repairing/replacing a hot tub pump. Jerry came the next day and listened to the pump, told me what was most likely wrong and quoted a price to repair the pump. I also asked him about replacing an old water heater that was in a very confined closet. I accepted both quotes and he set an installation for the hot tub pump and the water heater for the following Tuesday (about 4 days). After removing the old water heater and before installing the new one, he checked the well pressure tank (in the same closet with the water heater) and found the bladder was broken so there was no pressure in the tank. That had to be replaced as well. Jerry said he could come back the next day with a pressure tank and complete the install, in the meantime he re-installed the hot tub pump. We were leaving for a short camping trip Tuesday afternoon, but agreed to leave a key for Jerry so he could complete the installation. Jerry texted us Wednesday afternoon saying the installation was finished. When we returned home Friday everything was nicely installed including rerouting the main water line from the well so that the shut off valve could be easily accessed. Jerry is very thorough and knowledgeable - he does very clean and professional work. I would highly recommend MasPro for any plumbing work especially the more challenging projects.

  We were so surprise how expensive it was to get a new water heater installed, we got three ridiculously expensive quotes from other businesses. We found MasPro (Family Business) through Angie's list/Home Advisor. Jerry (the owner) is the first one to contact us with a very reasonable quote and the next day installation. Jerry and his son, Chris are very nice, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They arrived on schedule. The installation was about 3 hours. Chris did most of the job. He was very polite, very professional and walked me through everything from the beginning through the end. We are very pleased with our new water heater and the service we have received today and we highly recommend them and we will definitely use MasPro in the future.
