  Began calling them to setup an appointment for a well inspection and water quality test. All seemed well at first until I never received a call back. I called again and the receptionist I talked to the week prior acted like she never talked to me and took the same contact info as the week prior. I called again the next week and repeated the same event. Then again and actually tried to set up a day but couldn’t get a date, and again, no contact. This is the second contractor that has had this type of practice. It’s becoming impossible to get a well inspected.

  Called about an outdoor freeze proof hydrant. The lady told me exactly what the problem was and didn't sell me anything. I took her advice and no more issues. I would definitely use these folks if I had a well problem. Thank You and it was what you told me.
