  Horrible experience. I called in November 2021, spoke with a woman and a man came to my house the next morning to discuss the work. He said he would be back the next week and if not, he was taking part in hunting season so it would be the week after. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. Got to be Christmas, so I thought well maybe he meant the entirety of hunting season, but still never heard from him. Called and left a voicemail that was never returned. Called again the first week in January 2022 and spoke with a man who said someone would be out the next week, but again NEVER RECIEVED ANY COMMUNICATION. Called again this morning 1/25/2022), reiterating that there's no hot water in the shower only to be told by the woman that despite talking to her twice, a man once and someone coming to my house, she doesn't even have me in the system. Further, any new customers are required to put down a $200 deposit, which in all 3 calls and the consultation had never been mentioned. While the deposit is not an issue by any means, their lack of communication regarding the requirement is...they had 4 conversations to convey it but never did. Further, she said IF the house was completely without hot water, they could "probably" fit me in next week, but if it was only the shower, then it likely wouldn't be for 2 weeks. So you mean to tell me this business has led me on for 2 months, without hot water to my shower, lied about a new customer deposit, and still wants me to wait 2 weeks? Unprofessional, unreliable, disorganized. It's a shame, because the reviews here would lead me to believe otherwise. As did the personal recommendations from friends. But I've went back and shared this horrible experience with them all, advising them to not recommend the company any further, as it appears they don't want new business.

  Wonderful experience, talented crew and on-time. Helped us out with some frozen waterlines at a rental property. Would definitely recommend!
