  I found Martinelli through HomeAdvisor. Jack proactively reached out and was timely, honest, forthright, and came in with a quote that was comfortably below the other two competitors. Above and beyond that, Jack encouraged me to get multiple quotes, knowing he'd be the last to bid, and didn't even ask for the competitor's quotes before providing his- the terms were agreeable enough that I opted to replace the furnace as well (something I was adamantly against prior to his quote). Their team was on time, courteous, professional, and finished the entire job with minimal disruption to my day (I was working from home and my desk is about 20 feet from the furnace). At the end of the job, Jack came by to inspect the work, ensure that I was satisfied with the job, and made sure I knew how to reach them at any point should something go wrong. I would strongly recommend Martinelli. I had a fantastic experience, and wouldn't hesitate to put them in front of anybody.

  When our furnace circuit board burnt out and damaged the furnace, I wasn't sure how extensive the project would be. Martinelli promptly sent over a technician to assess the problem and explain what needed to be done. Two days later they were able to get a new unit installed. This included more parts then we had considered - 120,000 but furnace, coil, condenser, some duct work, pad, electrical, etc. It also came with a 10 year warranty. We couldn't be happier with the professional and quick service that the technicians provided. We will definitely use Martinelli again!

  Rob did a FANTASTIC job installing a new faucet & garbage disposal in a timely manner and for a great value! Rob & the Martinelli team were great with communicating about my appointment and services and what was going on. Looks and works flawlessly. I’m so happy with this service and I can’t recommend them enough. I won’t go to anyone else! My forever plumber!
