2 great plumbers came on the same day I called to install a new outdoor hot/cold faucet.  With every attempt I made to stop my leak, it got worse.  Installed new faucet in about an hour.  They were very friendly and professional and I will use them again if I have plumbing issues

I have used Martin plumbing several times and have been happy and satisfied with all of their work. They had to do extensive plumbing repair at our home and did a wonderful job trying to make it as painless as possible. Everyone I have dealt with has been super as well!!

We had called other plumbers who were a no-show. We called these guys at 1, they came out after 5 with no overtime charge and took care of a washer and dishwasher install quickly and professionally. Will use them again.

My wife and I highly recommend this company if you ever need any plumbing work done. Their customer service is second to none and you cannot put a price tag on that.
We had our main sewer line replaced last year by another company and it turns out the work wasn't done right, but we didn't know any better. We started having the same issues a couple weeks ago and when I called that company they wouldn't answer the phone or return our calls when I left messages. So we called Martin Plumbing just by chance because I saw they were local here in Smyrna. Jessica the receptionist was extremely nice and caring about our situation. Within an hour Christian, the owner was at our house. To make a long story short, the other company was very rude when I finally did talk to them and refused to honor the warranty we had on their work. Christian and his guys came out and re-did the sewer line and did it correctly am for much less than what we originally paid. It was a terrible experience having to have our yard dug up again, but Martin Plumbing made me feel like I was their number one customer even though I know they were really busy. Jessica was extremely nice and helpful every time I had a question and always called me back quickly if I had to leave a message. They genuinely cared about the situation we were dealing with and wanted to help us to fix it correctly. Thank you guys so much!

I called Martin Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing and had an appointment set for 09/18/2019 at 10:00 a.m.  I received a call informing me they will be running about 45 minutes late.  (I appreciated being advised of that as some companies and individuals don't bother to call or show up period).  I had been without the use of one of my bathrooms for 2 and a half months.  I had another company come out to fix the drainage problem prior to calling this company.  The "repair" lasted about 10 days.  I called the office about the issue...spoke with a lady...never heard back from them.
This company began working to figure out the problem and pointed out to me what was going on....corrected it and informed me if I have a  problem with it to call and they will come back without charging me.   I was very satisfied with the work and felt the price charged was fair.  Additionally, they were very friendly and did an amazing job.  (I now have my bathroom back!!!).  I highly recommend Martin Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing!
************************* REVIEW UPDATE**********************
After about 2 weeks after this company "repaired" the problem with my toilet, it backed up again.  On the first visit (9/18/19), I was charged $310.00.  They came back out on 10/7/19 and charged me $1,100.00.  Again after about 2 weeks....having the same issues.  Christian came out with an attitude telling me I'm putting too much toilet paper in the commode and I told him I was not.  He became very rude, raising his voice told me to go into the back yard and look at it. ( At this point I am really ticked off as I did not appreciate the manner in which he spoke to me as I have paid this company $1,310.00 ; I don't have money to toss to the wind).  I told him I am not going to look at a pile of s**t as I've already seen it the first time they "made repairs."  His response was, it's your s**t!
If I could give this company a zero rating, I would.
I WILL DEFINITELY FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christian and his company replaced my HVAC unit quickly after quoting me a price that was much better than their competitors. They were professional, punctual, and friendly. They made sure that all of our questions were answered and that the unit not only worked correctly, but also that the area they worked in was clean when they left. I cannot recommend them enough!

Always honest, timely, and professional.   Would highly recommend for any of their supported services.
