  We called them out to work on our furnace a technician came out and made the repair. A mistake was made but everyone can make mistakes, it's how a company handles it is what is important. They came out once to look at what our problem was, admitted to the mistake and ordered the part immediately. They then came out a second time and installed the correct part and even installed a secondary part as a safety feature. They made the mistake right and took care of us. We will continue to call them in the future. We were a customer before this and their honesty will keep us as a customer.

  Thirty minutes before our dinner guest showed up on a Saturday night, our lift pump died and our basement was filling up with water. Clueless as to what to do and somewhat panicked, I called Martens Plumbing. Neil got right back to me, talked me through a couple steps and, when we realized there were no quick solutions, he came out to our house. He immediately diagnosed the issue and got to work. He was done in a little over an hour and everything now works perfectly. No mess, no hassle, our dinner plans progressed without a hitch. Thank you, Neil, and Martens!
