My home had a complete plumbing fail. This guy quoted me a price, I agreed to it, and then he completely ghosted me, effectively leaving a single mother with a special needs child without running water. Worse, because he didn't have the common courtesy and decency to cancel, we lost out on the second lowest bid, and were left displaced for over a month while we had to wait for someone else to be available to do the work.
