  These folks are amazing. I've been using them for years (since the days of Clem). The management seems to be in newer hands, and, boy are they good! Old time professional service from the polite highly efficient office to the very respectful of the client capable team in the field--- that's hard to find these days. Jesus, John, Tim and Mark were determined to problem solve my septic system backup (no sewers out here, just septic tank systems). Each had a refreshing "can do" and "we'll get the job done" attitude...And it was a task but they did! I was so impressed that I actually asked them to check out the septic system at my rental next door, too. We went over and when they popped the lid it was pretty apparent it was overdo for pumping. Within days they were back out to pump and service the system to make sure it was working properly. What can I say but "service par excellence! Thanks, Roto-rooter. I felt that, in their extremely capable hands, I got my moneys worth and instant stress relief. I won't hesitate to call again when necessary and to refer friends and neighbors to their business.

  Roto Rooter was able to schedule a technician same day to clean out an outdoor storm drain. Fernando came out and was amazing! He diagnosed the issue and solved it. He gave helpful suggestions for future drainage. He also helped diagnose a completely different issue with our dishwasher. He is a true asset to the company and I would definitely request his services in the future!

  Not good. Office Manager was terrific. Tech did not follow her instruction. Our window was 12-2. Tech got there at 3:25. Did not call owner. Did not do what was requested. Did not have pipe shield to use in drain. Would not pull dishwasher to clear clog as requested. I was never told that he could not pull dishwasher. If I had been told I would not have ordered work. I would have called Peter Levi for a $77 visit. Oakland has a $60 coupon for work done today. Marin has $20. And no information on First Responders or Sr Citizens. We are both. Again Jenn office Manager was terrific.
