  He does exactly what he says, and everyone is SO nice and professional. From the receptionist on the phone, to the assistant, and Marco himself, I only have good experiences. And what's very important to me is I feel comfortable and safe with them in my home. Respectful, knowledgeable, professional, timely... everything you could want in a service!

  My faith in humankind and good customer service is restored. I called to have a water softener repair and a trim kit and new plumbing for my guest shower to be installed. Marco called me 2 hours early to see if it was convenient to come out. He explained on the phone that he did not do water softener repairs, only installations but then proceeded to explain to me how to fix the unit myself, instead of paying someone to do it. Upon arriving at my house he suggested an alternative option for my shower that would save me a good amount of money for his labor and still satisfy the look I wanted in the bathroom. He then fixed another aesthetic issue I had in my master shower. He has done all of this quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable, if not low, price. And I learned a few things about my water softener! I'll never call another plumber in this area. Thank you Marco!!

  He came on time. Diagnosed the problem and even though I didn't use him to fix it because my landlord did, he didn't even charge a service fee. Very thorough and courteous, would definitely recommend.
