  Customer service reps were rude, unprofessional. I called two times they see the number you are calling from and tell you to hire a handyman. Dan the so called expert let’s you know that he has 30 plus years experience working on Mansfield toilets but has an attitude is very aggressive and can tell he is is counting his days to retire. He says “You know we’re not plumbers here” when the question had nothing to do about plumbing. I never buy products when the customer service is terrible which is how it is with Mansfield.

  Great customer service from Kat! Thank you so much! You are a wealth of knowledge and if anyone in the office knows even half as much as she does... yea, you’ll get taken care of, no problem! Just amazing!
