  Don't do business with this man (Billy Manogin). He will take your money and leave his work unfinished. He will also buy cheap materials to keep extra money in his pocket. Make sure you get a receipt Or go with hi to buy material. This guy is not to be trusted. I learned my lesson ! Never again will I do business with this company!

  My understanding was Ms McElroy that was my materials left there and i told you to stay off the deck several times while the concrete was drying I ll gladly a dres any problems going forward those extra rails are not yours sorry for your inconvenience my legal team will be contracting you about this matter

  I contacted Mr. Manogin and he sent me a link to the gallery of his work. The pictures are beautiful. Craftsmanship and timeliness are great. Looking forward to seeing the results in my master bathroom.
