Technician came out to my residence to replace outdoor supply that has burst after 28 years. After three weeks, the same pipe failed and allowed water into my home. Technicians arrived to evaluate, and instructed me that I had to pay for the repair. This was unfair as this was the repair from three weeks. I had to actually talk to the owner. The owner explained that the work would not be under any type of warranty. The warranty was never discussed nor was it visible on the receipt. I will not use this service again. I was really disappointed with the customer service or lack thereof.

I had a silcock that stopped working. I'll be honest, I tried to fix it myself and failed, miserably. I called Mann, they had a couple guys to my house the next day. What took me an entire afternoon to screw up, they fixed in about 15 minutes. They were on time, professional, friendly, and when they left I couldn't even tell they had ever there. Worth every penny. I will use Mann for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I called Mann Made Plumbing to diagnose a broken pipe. The technician came to my house and didn't find the damage. When I called the shop to complain, the said that they will call me back on Monday. Come Monday, they didn't call me. I called them Tuesday, they said the diagnosis is that I have a broken pipe. It seems to me that this company doesn't offer a legitimate service, just scams people out of their money.

We apologize for not getting back to you on Monday, it was a busy day for us. We were called out by your home warranty company on 12/28/20 for a possible broken water line in your crawlspace. We discovered the water line was indeed broken, and the repair was made on approval from your home warranty company. Also, at that time we told you that your crawlspace was drafty and the line froze because of that, so you would need to insulate the crawlspace to avoid this happening again. You and your father were both there that day and were given this information, as well as your home warranty company. Then on 2/3/21 we were called out again by your home warranty company to diagnose the reason for low water pressure in the same area as the prior appointment, and for the water heater not keeping up. Our technician determined the water lines had frozen up again due to the fact that the crawlspace still had not been insulated as we said should be done at the first appointment. The home warranty company declined to cover the repair this time due to the fact that the insulating of the crawlspace was not done still. We offered to repair the busted pipe, but you declined service and told us you had a friend that would fix it for you. Since we were not given the ok to repair it was not done, so the only diagnosis we have is that you still need to insulate your crawlspace, as well as now get the busted pipe fixed if it has not been done yet either.
