  ZERO STARS!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE- very dishonest. Chris the general contractor's son was very manipulative, on drugs, and did shoddy work. Look up his arrest record in Columbia County. He got mad when we questioned him and if we wanted something changed, he price gauged us. He was very disrespectful and walked into our home with out asking.

  I had a terrible experience with this guy Chris Mangrum, He seemed like he was on hard drugs! Very Rude and frightening! He walked all through the house and started disconnecting things. He tried to tell me I needed a new water heater and I don't!
